Please note that all prices, which are in pounds sterling, include UK postage. Regrettably, I am only able to accept orders from UK customers. 
Due to a number of timewasters ordering goods and then not sending payments, items will only be reserved for 5 working days, which is ample time for you to get payment to me.  If payment is not received in this timescale, I regret that I will be unable to process your requested order, or future orders, from you.  Cheques or postal orders received after the 5 day reserve period will be destroyed

All payments received, and dates of despatch, will be acknowledged/advised by email. Due to work commitments, cheques can only be banked on a Friday.  Please ensure receipt by a Thursday to avoid delays.  Items paid by cheque will be posted one week later, after clearance.  Orders paid by uncrossed postal orders will be despatched on the Friday or Saturday after receipt of payment

 All items will be securely packaged but I cannot be held responsible for loss/damage during transit by the Royal Mail. High value orders will be posted by recorded delivery or parcel force, ensuring appropriate Royal Mail loss/damage insurance rates apply. Receipts for despatch will be obtained and I will be happy to assist should you wish to make a claim with Royal Mail.
